Nothing is more comfortable on a hot summer day like a great dress. This Zara number is a great piece to take from day to night. Exactly what I did last week changing from flats to heels for the night.

Mani Monday: Fabulous by Kure Bazaar

Last time I got to try the nail polishes from Kure Bazaar (last seen here and here) I was so amazed by the idea of a "green" nail polish that I had to get my hands on another gorgeous color or which is Fabulous (available here) a hot pink color. Here again perfect coverage with two layers and quick drying time. Fabulous reminds me a bit of Bobbi Brown's Pink Valentine (last seen here) and Dior's Bahia (last seen here). For me another great summer color!

Mani Monday: Aloha by Dior

Welcoming the new week and summer with Aloha by Dior. A gorgeous hot orange which was a part of Dior's last summer collection. A bit more of a transparent consistency but really great to work with. Two layers for a great coverage and really fun way to finally start summer.

Hazelnut Waffles

Nothing makes a weekend more perfect than some waffles or pancakes. We recently got a waffle maker and we had been playing around with it quite a lot. I decided to add some hazelnuts to the normal batter for a little twist and it's was a great idea. Next to try is coconut or may be almonds.

Rain Please Go Away

This past weekend Germany and some parts of Europe experienced the most unbelievable amounts of rain. The only way to survive a walk outside was to put on your rain boots and just try to make the best of the weather.

For now I hope that the worst has passed and the floods won't get any worse and that the rain will finally stop...
