Comfort Food: Potatoes Au Gratin

There is nothing better than having home cooked food and a comfy couch to chill on during the weekends. Well this is exactly what I did this past weekend. 

And when the weather is that nasty like it was I tend to cook comfort food. 

This time it was potatoes au gratin which I was craving (this is the easiest recipe for these kind of days).

 We served it with some lamb and asian insipired carrot salad.

Es gibt nichts Besseres als am Wochenende leckeres Essen zu geniessen und einfach den ganzen Tag auf der Couch zu verbringen. 

Und das habe ich letztes Wochenende getan.

 Noch dazu das schlimme Wetter und hatte ich riesig Lust auf einen Kartoffelgratin ( wir haben dieses Rezept verwendet).

Dazu gab es Lamm und asiatisch angehauchten Karottensalat.
